At The CustomerCare Group all our team members are employees, not contractors. We build long-term relationships with both our Employees and our Clients. The two go hand-in-hand.

At The CustomerCare Group we don't charge people for the chance to work. (Believe it or not, some companies do!) Our employees work permanent part-time schedules and are paid for all the time they work. (This is in contrast to some companies who use per-minute or per-call contracts where if calls don't come in, the staff doesn't make money.) We absorb all of the cost of the application process, including online skills testing and background checks. Once you're hired we pay full wages during training.
