That is determined by the Project. Most work hours take place on weekdays during daytime and evening hours. Some projects offer weekend hours. Some projects are 24/7, though those programs are less common.
Would I be working fixed hours, or would I be able to work when I want?
Our projects require a regular fixed work schedule. We try very hard to find a schedule that fits each associate's needs.
How many hours will I work per week?
Our average work shift is 20 hours per week.
I have specific needs in my work schedule--can I get those hours?
The CustomerCare Group makes every attempt to find a work schedule that fits each employee's particular needs. In return for that flexibility, each employee is expected to consistently deliver on their commitment to be at work on time as scheduled.
