  • How will I get Trained?

Online and over the phone. You'll never have to leave your home. Our online training, which is always guided by a Training Supervisor, is as good as anything you'd receive inside a typical office building.

  • Do I pay for Training?

No. We never charge our employees for such things. Instead, as it should be, you are paid a regular hourly wage.

  • How long is Training?

Depends on the project. Could be a few days. Could be many weeks.

  • Where do I go for Training?

You participate in training (as with all other elements involving The CustomerCare Group) from your At-Home Office. Training takes place online and via telephone.

  • How often does Training occur?

Depends on the client and our needs. Training is scheduled (just like a regular work shift). Attendance during training is mandatory and must be 100%.

  • Do I train alone?

Never. We train in teams with a training supervisor always present.

  • Am I tested during Training?

Yes. Absolutely. All of our Training involves Quality Assurance and performance standards. The CustomerCare Group is all about associates being skilled in Superior Quality Customer Service. Superior Training is integral in producing those skills. We set the bar high, and show you how to get there.

  • Will everyone make it through Training?

That's our goal. But sometimes it becomes clear that the job and the person are not a good fit. It should be noted, however, that our attrition during Training (and on the job) is significantly lower than industry average because we emphasize hiring the best people—and the right people—for the job.
